# From demo to production

> What breaks between a working demo and a service other people depend on: error handling, concurrency, deployment, and image supply.

A demo creates one box and prints a result. A service creates thousands, handles their failures, cleans up after them, and runs somewhere other than your laptop.

The mental model that carries through all of it: **one agent session, one sandbox.** Everything here follows from taking that seriously.
